Does health insurance cover treatment?

Most often, yes. We are grateful to provide the highest caliber of substance use disorder treatment available, which is likely to be covered by most major insurance providers with out of network benefits. If you have a lesser-known insurance provider, don’t worry— we have worked with many plans and policy types with great success.

We see it as part of our job to handle the back-and-forth with your health insurance provider, to ensure your care is of little to no cost to you. Our admissions team works tirelessly to make the process of getting treatment as easy and hassle-free as possible for you. We work with a wide range of providers directly, and become your health advocate to get coverage for the services you need.

Coordination

Your treatment liaison will coordinate all transportation and other logistics for your safe arrival to our facility. Your liaison will be your point of contact for the entirety of your admissions process with us. Treatment liaisons can put coordinate interventions, travel, facilitate introductions to clinicians and other staff, etc. before you formally admit. You choose whichever day and time you would like to get started and we will put a plan together to make everything easy.
